Dear partners, taking this opportunity, DBK HOLDING GROUP LLC (identification code 39857792) expresses its respect to you.
In pursuance of the above provision, we would like to inform you that the sole participant of BRK HOLDING GROUP LLC (decision № 29 of June 1, 2021) decided to reduce the authorized capital of BRK HOLDING GROUP LLC by UAH 6,226,200.00 (six million two hundred and twenty six thousand two hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks). Thus, after this reduction, the authorized capital of DBK HOLDING GROUP LLC will amount to UAH 10,637,800.00 (ten million six hundred thirty-seven thousand eight hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks).
In accordance with Part 3 and Part 5 of Art. 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Limited and Additional Liability Companies", after the decision to reduce the authorized capital of the company within 10 days must be notified in writing to any creditor whose claims against the company are not secured by collateral, guarantee or surety, such a decision. If the creditor has not applied to the company with a written request within 30 days after receipt of the notice of reduction of the authorized capital, it is considered that he does not require the company to take additional action to fulfill its obligations to him.
Guided by the above, LLC BRK HOLDING GROUP wants to assure you that the reduction of the authorized capital of our company is in compliance with current legislation of Ukraine and in no way affects the financial stability and reliability of the company in economic terms.
